Review: BioRepublic Skincare Pomegranate Crush Illuminating Fiber Sheet Mask

The last of the BioRepublic Skincare sheet masks that I have left to try. I’m just hoping that my next Marshalls or TJ MAXX trip I will find their Aloe Rescue set of three. For now, it’ll the last sheet mask I will try from this brand. I love love the smell of Pomegranate for one so I already had a feeling that I’ll love this sheet mask. It smelled like a sweet pomegranate and it wasn’t sticky which was a plus in my books. I find that citrus masks are usually kind of sticky. I did my double cleanse and toner before applying this onto my face. I left it on for about twenty minutes before taking it off. It definitely left my skin looking dewy like it claims to do “illuminating”. Overall, I think I prefer this one and the green tea detox one over the cucumber breeze. I highly recommend these considering they are $4.99 a piece so head over to your local Marshalls / TJ MAXX in search for these!

Review: BioRepublic Skincare Cucumber Breeze Soothing Fiber Sheet Mask

If you read my previous morning post, then you can probably guess where I purchased this sheet mask as well. I was lucky enough to spot three different kind of BioRepublic fiber sheet masks at my local Marshalls. Going with my theme, since I used a BioRepublic sheet mask in the morning. I wanted to use one during the night and I chose the Cucumber Breeze as it claims to calm and rejuvenate the skin. After, my double cleanse and toner I placed this sheet mask onto my face. Again, you have to be careful when opening this sheet mask or you might just tear it apart. It smelled like a cucumber and was drenched in essence. I left the sheet mask on for about twenty minutes before removing it. I rubbed the excess essence into my skin. It wasn’t as tacky as other sheet masks I’ve tried so that was good. It definitely, did a good job at hydrating my skin though not so sure about calming my face? I mean I’m always calm and relaxed when I have time for a sheet mask.

Review: BioRepublic Skincare Green Tea Detox Purifying Fiber Mask

I just wanted to say I picked up this sheet mask (set of three) at my local Marshalls / TJ MAXX for $3.99 when this set retails for $14.95 alone on their website. So if you happen to be a skincare / sheet mask junkie like me, go check out your local Marshalls / TJ MAXX to see if they have them. Mine had a couple of these laying around and the best part is that they don’t expire till 2020 well, for me at least. You are saving yourself $10.96 if you were to get these online instead. If you were to buy one it would be $4.99 so getting three at $3.99 is a deal you can’t pass on!

I decided to use this sheet mask today, but I did something different. Instead of my usual double cleanse and then toner, I literally did all my skincare routine steps and stopped after applying my serum. I then, placed this sheet mask onto my face. I love the smell of the green tea it just smells heavenly to me. The sheet mask was heavily saturated with essence so that’s a plus and it adhere onto the skin very well too. However, I did find that you have to be super careful with this sheet mask or you’ll end up ripping it. It’s much more delicate than other sheet masks I’ve tried out there for sure. I left it on for about twenty minutes before taking it off and it did wonders for my skin. It hydrated my skin, although it did claim to remove excess sebum but I didn’t really notice anything. But my skin felt super clean and hydrated and that’s what I usually look for in a sheet mask.

Review: Tony Moly I’m Real Red Wine Mask Sheet Pore Care

Since I used a tony moly mask during the morning I wanted to use another one at night #doublefisting. I decided to use the red wine / pore care one because I’ve noticed my pores are more visible recently. I enjoyed the scent a lot, even though I don’t really know what wine is suppose to smell like, but this smells amazing to me. Again, with most masks I leave it on for about twenty minutes before removing it. I did notice that it didn’t really do much for my pores but maybe if I were to continue to use this mask throughout the week then the results would differ? It wasn’t as tacky so that was good and it definitely left my skin feeling firm and supple which is also something I look for in masks.

Review: Tony Moly I’m Real Tea Tree Mask Sheet Skin Soothing

First off, I just have to say the packaging is so freaking adorable and it’s not a traditional square like what other sheet masks come in. The sheet mask is sealed tight in this packaging. It took me awhile to rip this because it was honestly, kind of hard to rip. I already did my double cleanse and toner before putting on the sheet mask. I chose this in particular because it claims to be soothing and I had very dry skin today. It’s been cold lately and the heater is constantly on, that my skin is starting to develop them dry patches again so this was much needed in the morning. I left it on for about twenty minutes, and then took it off. It left my skin feeling hydrated without really having to pat in the essence. It smells great too. A little tacky, but it goes away a bit after so that didn’t bother me at all.

Review: Innisfree It’s Real Squeeze Mask Rice

I finally came to an end on my Innisfree sheet mask journey ha. I thought I had the entire collection but sadly, I am missing the Cucumber and Kiwi one from this line but I will have to repurchase once I finish my stash of sheet masks. The scent of this mask reminds me very well of the Skinfood rice wash off mask and I enjoy the scent of that product. Anyways, this was a cotton sheet mask drenched in a milky essence that adheres to the skin very well. The sheet mask claims to help dull skin to look clear and bright. I left this sheet mask on for a little over twenty minutes and then took it off. My skin was very well hydrated. I let the excess essence absorb into my skin since it wasn’t a lot since I left the mask on my skin a bit longer than usual. I find that it did leave my skin looking bright.

Review: LLang On The Skin Mask Sheet Seaweed From JeJu

The last from my very own sheet mask collection of the LLang mask Seaweed from Jeju. I think out of all the On The Skin sheet mask I’ve tried from this collection I enjoyed this one the most. I felt like it was super hydrating compared to the others and the scent smelled delightful. It instantly moistruized my dry flaky skin (on certain areas on my face) bright and early in the morning. And as always drenched in essence and the mask just adheres to your skin and don’t slip and slide around your face. I left this on for about fifteen minutes before taking it off. I felt it made my skin tighter for some reason but it felt very good on the face and gave it a dewy look and not tacky at all.

Review: LLang On The Skin Mask Sheet Tea From United Kingdom

PM Routine: Again, with the LLang sheet mask but this time it’s tea from the United Kingdom. It was in a cotton sheet mask like the one before and was drenched in essence. I enjoy the fit of the mask since it fits my face nicely something I didn’t mention before. It smelled like tea but if you ask me I wouldn’t know to pinpoint what kind of tea to be exact. I left it on a bit longer this time around twenty minutes or so till it was completely dry. This one soaked into my skin nicely and I felt like I didn’t need to rub it into my skin since it was mostly absorbed already. It didn’t leave the skin feeling tacky or anything and I felt like it did a good job at hydrating my skin than anything else.

Review: LLang On The Skin Mask Sheet Truffle From France

AM routine: I never really tried anything from LLang but was definitely impressed with this sheet mask. To be honest, I don’t know what truffle from france wold smell like but it this mask smelled heavenly. When I first opened it up, it was completely drenched in this milky essence and the sheet mask was made of cotton material as most sheet masks. Can we just take a moment to appreciate the packaging though? It’s just so pretty. Honestly, I can’t read a single thing from the back of this sheet mask since everything was in Korean I believe. I took a guess at it and left this sheet mask on for about fifteen minutes since that’s the usual time for most of the other sheet masks I’ve tried. Once I took off the sheet mask, my skin was drenched in the essence and I rubbed the excess essence into my skin. It was definitely cooling, refreshing and hydrating for my skin and left a dewy finish and it did not leave a sticky feeling on my skin which was a plus.

Review: Innisfree It’s Real Squeeze Mask Rose

Since I decided to use an Innisfree mask this morning I wanted to continue the trend of using one tonight in my nighttime skincare routine. I usually post my doublefisting together but find that I like posting it separate so that I get my posts out faster than waiting to post two sheet mask reviews in one. I don’t know if that even make sense but it makes my blog look a lot cleaner in my opinion.

Ha, anyways, this rose sheet mask wasn’t to heavily scented for my taste which is good because floral things that are usually heavily scented aren’t really my thing. My nose wouldn’t be able to tolerate the scent for too long. After my double cleanse and toner I placed this sheet mask onto my face and it was just as cooling as any of the other Innisfree sheet mask. It smelled delightful. The mask claims to leave skin looking smooth and radiant and it lives up to those claims. I left it on for about fifteen minutes before taking it off, and rubbed the excess essence into my skin. I noticed that after maybe an hour or so my skin was definitely dewy and glowing.
